Your order .... in eight easy steps:

1. Our web sales are handled by Plimus. Click on one of the BUY links above and you'll be transferred to their secure e-commerce site.

2. Enter your details and credit card number (other payment methods are also available) and confirm your order

3. As soon as your payment is confirmed an email will be sent to you which will include a download link and an activation keycode

4. Click on the download link to download the full version(s) of the selected program(s). (download sizes are shown above). Run it to install your program

5. When the installation process is complete you should see a folder entitled 'SDA Applications'. Double click on the program icon to start the program.

6. Enter your name, email address, serial number and activation key in the dialog that appears (see below) then press 'Continue'

7. If you entered the data correctly your program is now ready for use

8. You'll receive a printed manual and backup CD, usually within a few days

If you are buying more than one program install them as outlined above. Then run one of them (it doesn't matter which) and set up the page heading and printing options to suit your own preferences. When you run the other program(s) these settings will be copied, which saves you having to repeat the process.

Before you can use your program you will need to enter the activation key that has been sent to you (by SWREG if you purchase one product, by us if more than one). The activation key dialog looks like this:

Fill in each field with the EXACT details sent to you. Instead of retyping the information you can copy the section of the email that contains the key data. When you do this the Paste button in the activation key dialog will be activated. Press it to automatically fill in the four fields.

Once you have entered the required data, either manually or by using the Paste button, press the Continue button. A message will be shown, confirming (or otherwise) that the key has been accepted. If it has not been, the reason is almost certainly because you mistyped something. Common mistakes:

• Straighforward mistyping of the data sent ro you
• Entering a company name, when we have used a personal name or vice versa
• Entering Ltd when we have used Limited or vice versa
• Entering a different email address to the one used to generate the activation key
• Entering an email address when we have not used one and the notification sent to you says 'Leave blank'

You do NOT need to re-enter the key when you install a new release on the same computer for as long as the key is valid. This is shown by the last three digits: 705=May 2007; 711=November 2007 etc. When the key expires you will not be able to download further updates unless you take out a further year's update cover and enter the new key we send you. Your currently installed version will continue to function indefinitely when the key expires.
